OverviewSusquehanna International Group is looking for a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Corporate Systems AI team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters.
On our Corporate Systems AI team, you will act as a liaison between our corporate lines of business and internal technology teams while supporting all technical aspects of projects where AI can enhance operational efficiencies for in-house and third-party applications utilized across teams that span Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Marketing and Private Equity. You’ll have the opportunity to lead the integration of cutting-edge generative AI technologies across our internal operations. Our end-users are our partners and by joining us, you’ll engage with them directly to enhance the functionality and usability of application suites that are instrumental to Susquehanna’s success.
In this role, you will:
• Champion business process improvements and provide in depth analysis within AI areas• Collaborate with your team members and end-users, early, directly, and often to evolve the technical landscape real-time as business needs change.• Manage initiatives, project plans, timelines, and roadmaps • Elicit requirements from stakeholders using techniques such as interviews, design sessions, surveys and translate them into creative and practical solutions• Perform vendor evaluations and implementations of third party solutions• Define and manage data interfaces with third party vendors and internal systems• Analyze, cleanse, transform, manage and validate data; undertake data ownership/management in systems to facilitate data integrity• Assume system ownership of applications for customizations, configurations (code setups), upgrades, release patches, troubleshooting, issue escalation, functionality expertise, and general user training

What we’re looking for• 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent preferred• Experience with AI technologies • Knowledge of SDLC models• Previous experience working with data integration and/or vendor feeds • Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica or other integration enabling tools• Experience with QlikView or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services • Flexibility to work on a mix of technical and non-technical assignments • Strong understanding of Relational Database Concepts, preferably Microsoft SQL Server• SQL Skills preferred• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.
