Position Type Full-Time Overview

In this role, you'll develop and execute high-impact, integrated B2B demand generation programs to achieve marketing MQL, revenue and pipeline goals. Along with building and tracking account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on brand and solution visibility across the healthcare continuum for current and new markets. Partnering closely across the Marketing team to conceptualize, build, track, execute and optimize across marketing campaigns based on performance metrics. You will work to champion new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to execute, and iterate based on performance. You will come with the knowledge and insight into building and maintaining best-in-class MarTech stacks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with intertwining deadlines, involving stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization as well as sales and other teams to understand campaign priorities to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted marketing campaigns. * Build and execute strategic, best-in-class, multi-channel marketing campaigns for enterprise and line of business audience segments. * Provide on-going reporting through the building of customized reports to educate and provide insights to key stakeholders on marketing performance and utilize those insights to optimize future programs. * Serve as the project manager for account-based marketing campaigns, including building and executing best-in-class campaigns. * Provide ongoing reporting through the building of customized reports for ABM campaigns and account activity to key stakeholders. * Serve as the technical SME for an account-based marketing platform understanding best practices in ABM. * Perform workflow setup in HubSpot including audience selection, dynamic content, etc. to ensure the accuracy of campaigns. * Design, implement, and support email analytics and A/B testing solutions. * Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and advance marketing performance. * Maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. * Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.5+ years of B2B SaaS environment marketing experience. Healthcare experience preferred.Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills within the team and cross-functionally across the organization.Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to derive meaningful and actionable insights from data.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.Skilled with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.Excellent writer and communicator (written and verbal).Proficiency in HubSpot, MS Office tools (especially Excel), Google Analytics, DemandBase, and SmartSheet.Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus.
