Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.Responsibilities
This position is responsible for responding to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination providing a smooth, clear and professionally courteous communication practice.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.1+ years' of phone or call center experience.Excellent telephone communications and etiquette.Outstanding customer service skills.Ability to work effectively with other departments.Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications.Preferred Job Requirements:
Health-care experience.
