Unit: Inpatient RehabNumber of Beds: 35Patient Ratios: 5-7:1Unit staffing description: Techs per census, usually 2-4Type of equipment: Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCD’s, Bladder scannerDocumentation system: MeditechProcedures performed on unit: Med administration to include IV’s, PICC, PEG tube admin; Bladder scans, Trach care, Tube feeding, Foley cath, Bladder irrigation, Blood AdministrationDress Code: Navy blue or white solid scrubsAwards/Recognition: Tour of Easy StreetAdditional Details
Patient Experience requirements: Rehab experience preferredOpportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to include Nursing, Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech therapy, Physiatrist and Physician Assistant, and Neuropsychologist to impact patient functional improvements and achieve patient goals for functional independence.
