We are on a mission to change the way in which healthcare is provided by giving researchers the ability to closely examine the continuum from health to disease.To make this vision a reality, we brought together the most experienced management team, renowned scientists, industry leading investors and expert advisors, to form a collaborative ecosystem, united through the common goal of advancing the science of precision health.ROLE SUMMARY:We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Global Logistics Analyst located in Billerica, MA to join our Logistics-Distribution team. A successful candidate will have extensive hands on excel experience with complex formulas with the ability to identify cost saving opportunities and implement improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Gather, organize, maintain and analyze logistics data to assess each step in supply chain.Review logistics processes and procedures; identify, recommend, and implement improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement effective systems and automation as well as ensure all updates are followed.Assist in addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving.Monitor warehouse facilities, on and off-site, to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity.Ensure compliance with domestic and foreign transportation regulations, US Import/Export regulatory compliance, IATA/DOT regulations. Follows established policies and procedures.Participates in the selection & inventory oversight of third-party warehouse and vendors; assess vendor capabilities, develop sources, and evaluates vendor performance. Responsible for the coding of freight bills to insure timely payment of carriers.Ability to prioritize, plan, and delegate in support of management if needed.Fosters a high performing culture through collaboration, accountability, and perseverance.Performs other related duties as assigned by management, hands on when needed in warehouse.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or LogisticsExperience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.Advanced knowledge in computer databases (ERP, Logistics portals) and Microsoft Suite (esp. Excel)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy, and sincerity.Lean Six Sigma CertificationExperience with cold chain and instrument transportation requirements and monitoring.Knowledge of compliance with domestic and foreign transportation regulations, US Import/Export regulatory compliance, and IATA/DOT regulations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience creating, updating SOP/WIs with basic utilization of a Quality Management System SoftwareStrong understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory processesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesDemonstrated success in achieving results and driving continuous improvementDangerous goods certificationKnowledge in TableauInventory control experience
