QinetiQ US is seeking Senior Program Analyst to support technical projects for a government client. The highly motivated candidate will provide leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively manage and oversee current and emerging Research, Development and Technology projects. The candidate will help identify critical warfighter needs, initiate new projects, and provide program management and technical expertise in project execution to deliver impactful capability to the warfighter quickly.The Senior Program Analyst System Engineering, Technical and Administrative (SETA)'s primary responsibilities are to guide and support multiple programs through development and expansion into additional mission sets. Responsibilities will include program management, engagement with Program Executive Office (PEO) and Combatant Command (COCOM) partners. Additionally, this will include leading multi-disciplinary, multi-agency integrated product team and providing critical advice to the Government Program Manager when gaps are identified. This position will also lead program engagements with multiple Services to foster program integration and operationalization.Responsibilities

Interact with Service or Defense Agency Program Offices to leverage existing capabilities in new and innovative ways and to provide expertise in relevant technical disciplines.

Provide routine administrative support to a RDT&E Program Manager including but not limited to scheduling industry days, coordinating with vendors to develop performance work statements, concept of operations, integrated master schedules etc.Guides and supports acquisition management of current and future OSD/SCO projects, including the total cost, schedule, and performance.Responsible for coordination of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) with SCO and service contracting and financial analysts.Provides critical support in multi-disciplinary, multi-agency integrated product team of professional acquisition personnel across multiple sites nationwide.Leads development of acquisition products and materials in support of transition and transition partner Milestone Decision Authority gates.Oversee collaborative development of requirements and programmatic documents (MOUs, SOWs, Project Outlines, etc.) with Service stakeholders such as USAF and USN partnersSpecial projects as desiredRequired Qualifications

TS/SCI-Eligible - Currently hold an active TS/SCI or have held an SCI and have been debriefed in the last 24 months; #qinetiqclearedjobBachelors in Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science or ScienceMinimum of 15 years of program management, operational, and analytical experienceProficient in program management, systems engineering, and an in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following: (1) Long range fires; (2) Data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning systems, Autonomous systems; (3) Long range weapon kill chains; (4) Communications, networking, inter-networking in communications denied environments; (5) CyberProficient in MS PowerPoint, excel and/or other equivalent program management tools.Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and be independently motivated.Travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations (Alaska, Hawaii, UK and EUROPE)#LI-ONSITEPreferred Qualifications

Acquisition or government program management experience highly desiredExperience in Special Access Programs (SAPs)Master's degree
