We seek a professional, take-charge Executive Assistant to keep business operations organized, on track, and moving forward. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality. You will ensure that the Executive's productivity is enhanced by managing calendars and schedules, including expense reports. You must be able to manage multiple high-priority assignments and foster and maintain strong working relationships within all levels of the company and with outside vendors and contacts. Your work will be completed with minimal supervision as assignments are of the highest quality, and follow-through is outstanding.

This position will require you to be in the office 3 days/week.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the VP, Market Access, and multiple Sr. Leaders within the Commercial departmentCalendar, meeting, and event management to coordinate internal and external meetings/events. Assist with food orders, meeting needs, and proactively manage calendar requests and conflictsInterview preparation, such as providing resumes and appropriate materials in a timely manner ahead of meetings and interviewsHandle all travel (flight, hotel, car) arrangements for domestic and international travelExpense management duties, which include submitting expense reports and receipts in a timely mannerContract Assistance and Liaison: Assist with obtaining Legal approval and routing contracts for signatures (via DocuSign), managing electronic storage (in Gatekeeper), and tracking contract progress to ensure timely executionPurchase Order Requisitions: Manage purchase order requisitions and invoice reconciliation (via Coupa)Provide onboarding support for new hires, including ensuring they are added to distribution lists, invited to meetings, granted building access, and other onboarding tasks. Assist with onboarding meeting scheduling and act as a point of contact for the new hireProvide onboarding support for new vendors and agencies when needed, ensuring they have the proper access and documents/enablement required to get them up and runningProject work as necessary to support each team's goalsNo matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are:

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated hourly range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this hourly range may not reflect positions based in other states.
