Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!Massachusetts SLPA licensure requiredExperience with Applied Behavior Analysis strongly preferredExperience working with children and/or adults with Autism and other developmental disabilitiesStrong written and oral communication skills

This can include, but is not limited to:
Working with the students 1:1Observing speech programs being run by staffTraining staffProbing new skills with studentsDeveloping speech and language programsWriting IEP goalsConducting assessments.
Writing and training staff on speech and language programs to be run by classroom staffReliable data taken on programs that allows for progress to be easily reviewedAn environment of collaboration and support between team membersAccess to resources for professional development trainings and speech/language program materials
