We need a data analyst like you to bring your knowledge to enhance the capabilities of the Client.As a client-facing data analyst on our team, you'll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. Not only will you provide a deep understanding of their data, you'll also advise your client on what the information means and how it can be used to make an impact.How You'll Contribute:As a data analyst on our team, you'll:Contribute to the development and implementation of an enabling data science and AI capability.Contribute to ML/AI initiatives with suggestions for ML approaches and implementation, including the processing of training data and performance assessment of machine learning techniques on datasets.Apply existing data science techniques to new problems and datasets using specialized programming techniques to meet needs of the project and customer.Evaluate the outcomes and performance of data science models. Identify and implement opportunities to train and improve models and the data they use.Publish reports on machine learning model outputs to meet customer needs and conforming to agreed standards.Experience of NLP, ML engineering, or computer vision.Support review of data science and AI activities, processes, products or services.Work in conjunction with other data professionals, software engineers and SMEs from different functional areas, as directed.Support development and maintenance of data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.Work with us to help drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:Experience as a data scientist or data analyst and in modern software architecture and software developmentExperience with data science tools to support data analytics and data visualization.Experience supporting data focused operationsExperience working in a Big Data ecosystem, with tools such as Databricks, or SparkExperience agile methodologies and planning, executing, and maintaining Data Science pipelinesExperience with data presentation and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Kibana, and visualizing data and producing high quality graphs and reports, charts, and interactive dashboardsExperience with machine learning and AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or machine learning frameworksKnowledge of Machine Learning/AI, statistical, and mathematical analysisSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Data Science, AI, Applied Math, Statistics, or Physics or 2+ years of experience in data science in a professional work environment in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:Experience working in an international environmentClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
