We are looking for a passionate leader to develop and implement our supply chain strategy while forging strategic relationships with vendors to support the rapid expansion of our carbon removal initiatives. This is a mission-driven position, and we seek someone with a minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale hardware supply chains, overseeing both custom and off-the-shelf components, as well as domestic and international logistics. In this role, your strong negotiation skills will be essential for complex agreements and make vs. buy assessments. We value demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing supply chain teams, along with a background in construction and familiarity with an EPC delivery model. You will collaborate closely with our Technology, Engineering, and Research teams, contributing significantly to our goal of removing 1 billion tons of CO2 from the atmosphere. Your organizational skills, project management expertise, and collaborative mindset will be key assets as you anticipate and resolve supply chain challenges, develop a robust supply chain infrastructure, and ensure that our suppliers align with our mission. A foundation in policy and regulatory matters related to federal tax incentives, paired with startup experience, will give you an added advantage.
