The ideal candidate will lead our production data operations, designing and implementing a centralized data function that delivers high-quality and reliable data to foster a comprehensive view of client holdings. This role requires management of a global team, oversight of daily production processes, and serving as the key point for escalated data issues.You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to data operation policies, managing both onshore and offshore functions, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of data feeds. Collaboration with various internal teams on critical data projects will also be a significant part of your role.To qualify, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in operations supporting diverse front-office functions like trading, portfolio management, performance, investment reporting, and middle office. A robust background in interfacing with Portfolio Management, Quantitative Analysis, Risk, and Performance teams is essential. The role also demands proficiency in managing a 24x7 global operations team.We seek a candidate who is analytical, capable of resolving technical issues, and committed to operational excellence.
