MR ROOTER PLUMBING OF NEW ORLEANS AND BATON ROUGE is looking to hire a FULL-TIME PLUMBING FIELD SERVICE MANAGER. ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEXT LEVEL? As our Plumbing Field Service Manager, you facilitate a team atmosphere through example and attitude. You hire and develop technicians at all levels of licensing in accordance with our service program. With company objectives in mind, you conduct daily technician check-ins to evaluate the mindset of your team members as well as reinforce company processes and maximize training opportunities. You further the sales skills of your team by demonstrating product knowledge and use of the company's approved sales approach. Proudly, you report to management the accomplishments of your team and their current weekly goals and objectives.
When interacting with our customers, you apply a positive attitude in all interactions adhering to the expectation of exceptional service. You gladly meet with current and potential customers to evaluate their needs. With clear and concise communication, you present options for plumbing repair, service, or replacements. Additionally, you maintain communication with all customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction that you and your team provide.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant experience in all aspects of plumbing service
Customer service skills and sales savviness
Leadership ability
Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar invoicing software is a plus!
2 YEARS OF PROVEN MANAGEMENT OR SALES EXPERIENCE IN PLUMBING IS PREFERRED, BUT MULTIPLE FACTORS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Can you easily build a good rapport with clients? Are you results-oriented? Do you have exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to efficiently resolve issues? Are you a team player? Can you achieve challenging goals and objectives on a regular basis? Are you positive and professional? Do you enjoy mentoring others? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms?
