Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Network Administrator in the Kansas City area. The Network Administrator will work alongside Customer Service teams and System Administrators on customer networks in support of the clients products. This individual will configure and remotely support network devices to company standards, including but not limited to Virtual and Physical Firewalls, Routers, Access Points and Switches. This position also works with onsite technicians and customers to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues. This position is looking to start ASAP.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Cisco Routers, Switches and firewalls

Cisco CDO, Cisco ASA

1+ year experience with CISCO Defense Orchestrator (CDO), CISCO iOS, CISCO Nexus, CISCO Secure Firewall and similar platforms

Experience with VDI set ups and troubleshooting

Vsphere

Experience with networking monitoring tools

Wireshark preferred

Strong communication skills as this is a client facing role CCNA or Network+ Cert

Background in Desktop or Helpdesk Support null
