Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Global Tax Technology team. This position will play a key role in managing legal entity financial information, responsibility for tax application security access, creating and maintaining training documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts through the use of automation within the Global Tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the monthly capture of legal entity financial information for the corporate tax team.

Oversee and manage tax application security access and administration, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Create, update, and maintain comprehensive user documentation for tax technology processes and tools.

Collaborate with Global Tax Technology team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiency in corporate tax processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tax technology applications and systems.

Assist in the implementation and integration of new tax technology solutions.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of tax technology systems to ensure data integrity and security.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in tax technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax technology, financial information management, or a related area.

Strong understanding of business and financial processes and internal control procedures.

Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and compliance.

Proficiency in creating and maintaining process and training documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Results- oriented.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree or certification in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Familiarity with data analytics, data warehousing, and reporting tools (e.g. Onestream, CorpTax, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerBi, MS Azure, etc.)

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

80,000 - 148,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
