Secret Software Engineer
Job Description
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both frontend and backend software for a complex web application. Your tasks will include translating software requirements into functional and maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks, managing the entire software development process from conception to deployment, maintaining and upgrading software post-deployment, and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of software production.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement frontend and backend software for complex web applications.
Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.
Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
Maintain and upgrade software following deployment.
Oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.
Oversee automated testing and provide feedback to management during the development process.
Modify and test changes to previously developed programs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Java for backend development, with some experience in frontend development and Python.
Experience with AWS or any cloud computing platform.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and a little Python.
Knowledge of frameworks and libraries like Dotnet, Spring, React, and Material UI.
Experience with other technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab, MongoDB, Helm, Agile, and Scrum.
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience with no degree.

Active Secret Clearance.
