In this pivotal role, you will lead financial and operational initiatives that directly influence the company’s success and that of our portfolio companies. Collaborating closely with the investment team, you will engage in acquisition activities and oversee the formulation and implementation of financial and operational strategies aimed at enhancing portfolio performance.Your responsibilities will include setting and monitoring performance metrics, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing the budgeting process. As a business partner to portfolio companies, you will act as a CFO, providing guidance and strategic insight. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience, particularly those who have successfully developed and led FP&A functions within a private equity-backed small or mid-sized business in the consumer sector.The ideal candidate will possess a deep intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong technological skills. Proficiency in conducting detailed financial analyses, creating strategic business plans, and managing vendor partnerships is essential. You must be a decisive leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating integrity and ethics in all aspects of your work.
