The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare hardware deployment site installation plans.
Perform site surveys to assess and document the current state and document in detail the proposed site network design/architecture based on mission requirements, specifications, and customer needs. This will include detailed diagrams (i.e. floor plans, cabling diagrams, rack elevations, logical network diagrams and the like) for planning and documentation purposes.
Create installation diagrams/requirements for the following devices: KG-175 TACLANE encryption devices; Cisco routers; switches; VoIP phones and VTC devices; rack elevations; servers; UPS units; network printers, scanners, digital senders, workstations, cabling/wiring suggestions, and all associated desktop peripherals.
Develop Bill of Material (BOM) for the procurement of equipment.
Maintain operational knowledge of program's equipment catalog and projected changes.
Coordinate with change management team (testing, lifecycle, and procurement) to ensure current equipment lists.
Coordinate with Customer Project Managers (CPMs), administrative and technical program support staff, and customers.
Review mission scope-of-work requirements and technical design packages.
Assist with integration of network infrastructure hardware components, including the planning, design, installation, maintenance, and management of the enterprise LAN/WAN.
Update and complete support tickets and post installation close-out documents/designs.
Perform as contributor with knowledge and experience in local and wide area networking, communications, and related software/hardware within a secure, multi-platform operating environment.
Provide support to a large and diverse customer base as a member of a complex team comprised of contractors and government personnel.
