NOVA Engineering and Environmental, is seeking a
Corporate Marketing Supervisor
to support its offices in the
Southeast US Region (Georgia, Florida, North & South Carolina) . We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. This position will report to the Marketing Director and may be located in our Kennesaw, GA Corporate Headquarters or at any of NOVA's offices in the Southeast.
Essential Functions:
The successful candidate will supervise a team of Marketing Coordinators and work closely with the various Business Development Associates, Operational Managers and senior staff throughout the company. Primary job responsibilities will include the following:
Overseeing proposals and other publications to ensure NOVA branding guidelines are being followed properlyAssisting with Social Media program to improve NOVA's presence on the webMaintaining and Overseeing Client, Project and Employee Database (VantagePoint)Distributing proposals to the Marketing team based on timing and qualificationsFacilitating proposal strategy sessionsAssisting staff in developing and implementing client action plansGrow internal graphics databaseCoordinating, developing, editing, and producing major proposals, SOQ's, and SF330s(Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office365)Assisting with presentation development, production, and coach rehearsalsTraining and assisting with the onboarding of new Marketing CoordinatorsAssisting with editing resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate materials (done primarily thru Deltek Vision's CRM Software, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office365)Facilitating marketing and assisting with business development meetingsActively participating in professional associations and attending client eventsAssisting with regional public relations and advertising (news releases, awards, articles, etc.)Assist offices in developing and implementing yearly business development plansMaintain & Oversee Client, Project and Employee Database (Deltek Vision CRM)Conduct market research to aide each office in defining market trends and competitionFacilitate marketing and assist with business development meetingsActively participate in professional associations and attend client eventsCoordinate and participate in regional tradeshows and conferencesManage the renewal of Annual Contracts & Pre-Qualification CertificationsAssist with developing regional marketing collateral (direct mail/e-mail pieces, newsletters, holiday cards, brochures/flyers, conference displays, posters, etc.)Implement corporate marketing initiativesManage update NOVA Website/ NOVA IntranetMinimum Qualifications, Experience and Education:
Minimum 7 years of A/E/C marketing experience or equivalentMinimum 2 years of supervisory experienceProficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat), as well as experience in database managementExcellent oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Deltek Vision Applications, including Deltek Vision's CRM Software a plusMotivated self-starter with ability to problem solveAbility to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to travel between offices on occasion
