Job Description: The Senior Manager, Strategic Partners is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the organization's most valuable clients. This role involves driving revenue growth by maintaining high customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities within existing and new accounts, and acting as the main point of contact between the client and Topcon. The Senior Manager will develop and implement strategic account management plans, collaborate with internal teams and Topcon distribution network to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. - Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and recommendations aligned with the client's business objectives. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at all levels within key client organizations. - Target new and existing accounts through JV projects, OEM relationships, dealer leads, market research and company directives - Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to each key account to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and client industry developments to identify new opportunities for engagement and product offerings. - Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue. - Coordinate involvement of Topcon and/or dealer personnel, including support, service and management resources in order to meet account objectives and customers' expectations - Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services according to client needs and objectives. - Address client issues and concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. - Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management on account performance and market trends. - Facilitates and schedules Fly and Try and Point Man training programs Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in construction and or survey/engineering technology field Skills & Competencies: - Highly motivated self-starter capable of thriving with minimal supervision - Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue - In-depth knowledge of the construction and surveying technology industry - Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, with strong organizational skills. - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Well-organized and detail-oriented - Strong skills in presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving - Proficient in presenting and explaining advanced, cutting-edge solutions - Proven track record of working with multi-million and billion-dollar companies - Demonstrates personal maturity and excellent interpersonal communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
