Position Overview:
This exciting role focuses on managing key operational areas, bringing vibrant energy to Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere! As an integral part of the team, you will partner with the General Manager to ensure our operations shine and proudly reflect our company's values.
You'll play a vital role in working with vendors and suppliers, ensuring they receive fair compensation while meeting our business needs. Collaborating with the General Manager, you'll help select and nurture our front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence in our restaurant.
Your leadership will empower hourly employees, especially those on the Front of the House, ensuring they thrive in their roles. You'll also assist with various business administration tasks, from payroll and human resources to marketing and financial reporting.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelGeneral knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industryStrong organization and planning skillsStrong operational skills in a customer service & hospitality environmentStrong coaching skillsIntermediate mathematical computation skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to build relationships at all levelsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationAbility to manage changing priorities
