Rate: Negotiable hourly rate plus travel, lodging and medical malpractice (with tail)
Schedule: Days and/or Nights (6a-3p, 9a-6p, 12p-9p, 3p-12a, 5p-2a, 10p-7a)
Volume: 55k annually
