This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for innovation and technology, and a desire to drive the future of our industry. You will be part of a dynamic team, working on cutting-edge projects that leverage the latest technologies in infrastructure, networking, wireless design, wireless networking, and wireless architecture. As the Consulting Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technical projects from inception to completion. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company’s quality standards.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.5. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.6. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.7. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.8. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.9. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects.3. Solid understanding and practical experience in infrastructure, networking, PMP, wireless design, wireless networking, and wireless architecture.4. Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.5. Proficiency in project management software tools.6. PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.7. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.9.
