Must be available for any of the stints detailed in job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required Must include self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation - Required Clean Malpractice/background – Required Schedule – 1 weeks per month ongoing Monday-Friday - 8a-4p 4p-7a (night call) & Saturday-Sunday - 24hr call (7a-7a) All shifts end the following day at 7a.
