Job Description

We are looking for a talented Business Process Manager with expertise in ServiceNow to join our law firm's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes within the ServiceNow platform for our legal practice. You will work closely with stakeholders, attorneys, and staff to understand their requirements, identify process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with executive leadership to develop firm vision and strategy for business process automation.

Manage the analysis of business processes related to legal services to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the ServiceNow platform.

Work closely with stakeholders, including attorneys and staff, to gather requirements and design process improvements that align with the needs of the legal practice.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.

Identify opportunities for automation and develop workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow and business process optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of experience as a Business Process Manager or similar role, with a focus on ServiceNow

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow workflows

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to manage the design and optimization of business processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certification is preferred.
