Job Summary : As the Finance Site Leader, this role will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our Tullahoma, TN manufacturing plant. This role will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role provides continual assessment of site performance, identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner to help support the Company's financial goals. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position regularly exercise discretionary and regular decision-making authority.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the financial operations of the Tullahoma, TN manufacturing plant.Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency.Be a strong business partner to the site leader and the site leadership team.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports.Collaborate with the cross functional teams within the site and business units to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.Support any number of factory product line transition initiatives that come about over time.Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality.In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform, other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.Minimum Job Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Seven to ten years of progressive finance and accounting experience required, preferably in a large organization. An MBA and CPA Certification are highly desirable.Seven (7)+ years of experience in financial management or similar site finance role.Four-year college degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.Five (5)+ years of experience with general ledger, P&L and Balance Sheet.Experience in DCMA (government) program finance is a nice to have.Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), cost accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.Working knowledge of Tableau and/or SAP BI.Six Sigma continuous improvement experience desirable.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency and financial recovery plans.Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions as well as enact changes.Well-developed project and change management skills.Strong influencing skills, able to problem solve and find effective and timely resolutions. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to share knowledge, coach and collaborate effectively with individuals and other departments.U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.

Cubic Pay Range:
$140,000 - $165,000 + benefits.
