The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Transformation, Finance, you will assist the Transformation Finance Lead with business decision support, ensuring that the Transformation drives cash impact and that cash impact is assessed as we reach each milestone of our transformations.

Your Impact

Review Projects submitted for TO Finance approval and prepares any necessary briefing for TO Finance Lead to make final approval of the Initiative at a specific stage gate.Work with Initiative Owners and Finance teams to ensure consistency to valuation of Initiative impact (including validating all Initiative business cases)Perform financial tracking of progress against commitments (both value delivery and timing)Segregate the financial impact of the Transformation from baseline performanceAssist the Transformation Office Finance Lead in resolving resource allocation, project management, financial and risk issuesSupport CFO in integration of Transformation commitments with Budgets and ForecastsPerform trend analyses to forecast future monthly impacts and compare against monthly financial goalsMake recommendations to Initiative Owners and the TO Finance Lead to resolve new issues or take advantage of positive trendsAnticipate and recommend solutions for financial issues that arisePerform analysis that allows data and findings determine final conclusions. Provide feedback and subsequent action plans to leadership relative to the analysis to implement change.What You Bring

3+ years experience of ownership for all reporting and analysis deliverables for a corporate transformation.3+ years experience solving data challenges to uncover insights based on a understanding of business.3+ years experience collaborating with Real-time Strategy counterparts to lead transformations.3+ years experience partnering with and supporting Process Leads and Initiative Owners3+ years experience using a Program Management tool3+ years experience reviewing P&L impact in a corporate transformation
