We are seeking a
Per Diem
Speech Language Pathologist
to:Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in the acute care, inpatient rehab, and NICU settings in the domains of swallow, speech, language and cognitionWork collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plansWork within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical centerSeek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate othersAt UW Health, you will have :

Minimum - Masters level degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
Work Experience:
Minimum - Completion of Clinical Speech Language Pathology Fellowship
Preferred - Experience in a medical setting as a Speech Language Pathologist
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum -
Wisconsin state license (or eligible) to practice as a Speech Language PathologistCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC - SLP)Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire
