What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is seeking a Senior Strategist to optimize Circle's digital presence, specifically on our website properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing roadmaps, goal setting, tracking progress, overseeing work streams, and supporting creative development initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, project management skills, and creative collaboration to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and achieve goals.
What you'll work on:
Define and manage the website roadmap in alignment with company goals. Identify opportunities for website enhancements and new feature development. Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic objectives.
Establish clear goals for website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates. Align website initiatives with broader campaigns and product launches.
Oversee multiple concurrent website projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, writers, producers, product marketers, and external partners.
Utilize sprint planning to improve efficiency and adaptability. Facilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Superset) to monitor website performance. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging website content and visuals. Provide input on design elements, branding consistency, and content strategy.
Ensure the website is optimized for search engines to improve organic traffic. Collaborate with teams to enhance SEO and implement best practices.
Monitor industry trends and competitor websites to inform strategic decisions.
Work with legal, policy, compliance teams to ensure website content meets regulatory and company requirements.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure website strategy supports overall business goals. Communicate roadmap updates and progress to stakeholders.
Help lead and mentor a cross-functional website team across performance marketing, marketing operations, creative, and content.

Experience: You have 8+ years of relevant experience in any combination of: digital marketing, product, analytics, Web3 marketing, B2B consumer finance.

Leadership: You have the ability to lead by example and organize cross-functional groups.
Technical Skills: You have proficiency with analytics and marketing tools like GA4, Superset, Mutiny and Webflow, with knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
Communication: You're a world-class communicator - including presentation and writing skills - able to simply share and land complex ideas.
Willingness to Learn: You're a natural researcher with an appetite for learning about the future of digital currency and blockchain.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:$160,000 - $207,500
