The Consumer Marketing Team is leading marketing transformation at Microsoft. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally changing how people relate to and benefit from technology and putting renewed energy around data and its importance to our marketing transformation.This Senior Data Analytics Manager will oversee the completion of the data roadmap for our consumer marketing data platform, including segmentation, conversion, and reporting data. The role involves collaboration with campaign and customer journey analysts, data source owners, privacy experts, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), the marketing platform team, and the data engineering team to execute various projects.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. In doing so, we create life-changing innovations that impact billions of people around the world.  By applying to this U.S. based position, relocation does not apply/is not provided for the role.Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualifications4+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, data governance and SQL.2+ years of business experience in marketing audience segmentation, marketing analytics, customer journey, consumer data platforms management and project management. 2+ years of experience with multiple marketing tech platforms and data tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Standard, Micosoft Ads, Powerbi, Azure Data Factory, Synapse.Data Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
