Yes, nursery role, transition role. This is not a routine occurrence; it may not be needed. If it becomes a potential to float, it would be "baby transition nurse," only if delivery volumes are high. The responsibilities would the ability to care for baby after the initial birth. This would include routine baby care/vitals, head to toe assessment, skin to skin, breastfeeding, routine labs.Charting: EPIC *Epic Experience PreferredWill NICU candidates be attending to delivers? NoOpen to accommodating block schedule?
