Job Summary
The Integration Architect role focuses on architecting and implementing integration solutions for utility applications within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Oracle Utilities Applications and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), with experience integrating customer information systems, meter data management, field service, customer platforms, and payment applications. This role supports utility clients by delivering scalable, efficient integration solutions that enable clients to select and implement products on an a la carte basis.
Essential Job Functions
Architecture and Integration Development
Architect integration solutions for Oracle Utilities Applications, ensuring they meet client-specific requirements and are scalable within a SaaS model.Define and document technical and functional specifications for application integrations across diverse utility services, including CIS, MDM, field services, and billing.Lead the design and configuration of solutions using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), ensuring seamless interoperability across systems.Publish standard API documentation, JSON and SOAP for external consumption.Development and Deployment
Develop integration workflows to ensure efficient data transfer and process automation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with project goals and client expectations.Ensure quality assurance for all integrations, conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to meet regulatory standards.Client Collaboration and Customization
Engage directly with utility clients to understand unique integration needs, providing tailored solutions.Conduct technical assessments, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.Document processes, creating reusable integration components to streamline future implementations.Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in integration technology and Oracle Utilities solutions.Advocate for new strategies that enhance integration efficiency and performance for utility clients.Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in utility consulting or SaaS integration, with a focus on Oracle Utilities Applications (e.g., CC&B, MDM, C2M).Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and relevant integration tools.Hands-on experience in integrating and configuring customer information systems, MDM, Field Work, and related platforms.Demonstrated ability to design and troubleshoot complex integration solutions.Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, OCI) is highly desirable.Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.Other Requirements
