Contract Recruiting Coordinator!

The Role

The Recruiting Coordinator will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and identifying top talent for open requisitions for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S. (FEUS) locations.

External US

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Sourcing and recruiting functions in support of the recruiting team as necessary

Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of recruiting functions including sourcing, competitive research and screening

Coordinate and conduct phone screen interviews and on-site interviews as appropriate.

Correspond with candidates and clients including sending meeting requests through Outlook and/or the recruiting database system (iCIMS)

Meeting and greeting applicants get the set up in conference rooms, offering beverage and managing the flow of interview process

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a manufacturing environment

Must have experience supporting a full life cycle recruiting

Good computer skills, including ability to use MS Office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word

Prior experience with ATS tracking system. iCIMS experience preferred.

Must be able to work onsite. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
