Core Responsibilities
Supports the Americas B2B Search Marketing team with the execution and optimization of paid search strategies across major eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, and others.
Owns end-to-end campaign management, including bulk ad creation, keyword research/harvesting, competitive research, bid optimization, etc.
Develops and updates reports and insights on paid search campaign performance for internal collaborators and Americas leadership. Monitors key performance indicators and budget progress regularly.
Routinely analyzes campaigns toidentifyareas of opportunity; drives performance, inventory, and objective-based optimizations in partnership with (Senior) Search Managers and Key Account leads.
Develops andoptimizesbidding models, using advanced ad tech platforms effectively; takes ownership of all automation-related tasks and tools.
Collaborates with SEO counterparts to integrate SEO into paid search workflows (e.g., keyword targeting, share-of-voice tracking, et al).
Owns andmaintainsresources/materials on behalf of the Search team, including budget trackers, product listings, strategy decks, QBRs, et al.

In close partnership with PPC and SEO teammates, this role willleadthe execution and optimization of substantial paid search investments in an increasingly sophisticated media landscape. Search is a critical lever in our mission to reach and delight shoppers with relevant products – and this is a chance to help drivewhat’snext.
In this role, you will own day-to-day PPC responsibilities across major B2B platforms like Amazon, Target.com, and Walmart.com, while also helping shape and implement big picture strategy. As we continue to advance our executions and ways-of-working, you will think creatively, challenge the status quo, and drive organization & automation across the team.
If you are a diligent and creative collaborator with a passion and/orexpertisein retail media, this position could be ideal for you. This role reports to the Director of Search, Americas eCommerce alongside a regional team of PPC/SEO experts.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in paid search (SEM/PPC), ideally on eCommerce marketplaces and platforms like Amazon Sponsored Ads
Experience with tactical campaign management, including search campaign creation, keyword processes, bid optimization, bulk editing, etc.
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, comfortable analyzing data and storytelling with context; has advanced Excel & data visualization skills
Enjoys and embraces finding new ways to work and improve team efficiency, without being tied to rigid processes.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external partners
Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
Curious, positive, and collaborative – thrives best on a team, in a fun environment!

Prior experience or ideallyexpertisewith retail media networks like Amazon Sponsored Ads, Roundel Media Studio, and Walmart Connect

This position will initially be based at 10 St James Ave, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

The salary for this position has a range of $81,000 - $122,000 based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
