Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The role involves pick & pack duties, inbound receiving, packing orders, picking orders, and moving pallets using a pallet jack. Depending on business needs, lifting and moving boxes and other general duties may be required. Preferred candidates will have equipment operator experience, such as operating a forklift, reach truck, or cherry picker.
Responsibilities
Receive product and verify accuracy before warehousing to assigned location.
Accurately select products according to customer order specifications.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in all physical inventories and cycle count activities.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading freight.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.
Essential Skills
Experience in picking, packing, and material handling.
Proficiency with forklift operation and RF scanner use.
Knowledge of inventory management and order picking.
Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6-12 months of warehouse experience.
2+ years of experience required for forklift operators.
