Contributions

As a Steampunk

Senior Full Stack Application Developer,

you’ll be working with a team of data engineers, designers, and cybersecurity experts to solve mission critical data challenges for our clients in a mature Agile/DevSecOps environment. . You’ll be leveraging your vast experience by working with many different application teams, languages, and technologies in order to provide our client a more easily to use and leverage access to data and decision making. You’ll be part of a team working across a vast array of client teams and systems in order to provide APIs and data for decision making. As a developer, you will be hands on with the development of new functionality and will be expected to not only deliver product releases, but also to ensure solutions follow Steampunk’s philosophy of human centered design and co-created experiences. Steampunk developers are committed to continuously learning andaren’tafraid of solving a challenging problem with self-motivation and determination.

Qualifications

Required

Skills:

U.S. Citizen

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

5+ years of experience with Java

3+ years of experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot

2+ years of experience with React or Angular (Angular preferred)

3+ years of experience building/deploying applications in AWS

2+ years of experience building and deploying containerized applications in a Kubernetes enabled environment. AWS EKS highly preferred.

5+ years of experience with build, deployment, and release automation and orchestration in a DevOps environment

3+ years of experience working in a cloud enabled environment; AWS Govcloud highly preferred.

Possesses at least one professional certifications relevant to the Technical service provided. Professional certifications must be approved by the FPM or DPM. Relevant professional-level work experience may be considered in lieu of certification.

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
