Our client, in Omaha NE, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The ideal Recruiter will possess a 'full-cycle' recruiting experience, which goes from talent sourcing to attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Job Title: Inhouse Recruiter - Not remote
Location: Omaha NE
Pay Range: 21.00 an hour
What’s the Job?
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
What’s Needed?
Proven work experience as a Recruiter of at least 1 year (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress levels, etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selections processes (phone interivewing, reference checks, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Strong decision-making skills

Full time -- Monday through Friday
