REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Manager Quality Compliance in Winston Salem, NC
Your key responsibilities will include:
Define strategy and logistics for FDA inspections and readiness
Coordinate/Perform mock inspections and ensure training for inspections is developed and delivered
Support/host regulatory inspections and external audits
Perform managerial, administrative and Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles during regulatory inspections
Actively ensure the organization is prepared in the event of an FDA Inspection and keep Master Contact List updated for sites
Ensure compliance to TPMPs through internal audit
Provide leadership to ensure regulatory processes such as Document Management, Change Control, Consumer Complaints, CAPA and Non-Conformance are maintained and are compliant across operating companies
What are we looking for?
BS degree in business, engineering, or science preferred with relevant experience
5 years of relevant experience in quality or regulatory compliance or related field.
Strong aptitude for information systems or similar critical thinking with high attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot problems via testing and data analysis
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight
Prioritize and multi-task to meet all reporting deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the company and with contract customers
Experience with manufacturing reporting systems and databases, SmartSolve eQMS or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
