Job Description Summary
The Senior FP&A Manager sits in our Global Ultrasound FP&A team and will report to the Ultrasound Income Statement Leader. In this role, you will assist on all Segment Income Statement related deliverables, including monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Primary Ultrasound P&L. Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders in subsegments, functions, and recent acquisitions/partnerships.
Scrutinize estimates provided by regions, central functions, and advise leadership team on risks/opportunities, as well as recommending actions to improve profitability.
Build strong relationships with subsegments teams, Corporate FP&A, and Controllership. Proactively reaching out, following up, and obtaining feedback from stakeholders in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Develop strong understanding of both direct costs and group allocations, building standard reports and leads standard EBIT preparation.
Support all key FP&A Income Statement processes (rolling forecasts, preparation for monthly reviews, monthly & quarterly actuals) for full segment P&L from Sales to EBIT.
Assist with addressing segment specific reporting requests such as segment talking points, presentations, validation of financials, scripts, MD&A, and any other ad-hoc analyst questions/follow-up.
Drive standardization, digitization (Power BI) and process improvement across our segment in all aspects of forecasting/pacing/reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of FP&A related experience
Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
