Job Type: Full timeJob Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Onsite - Alpharetta, GAKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.Identify new market opportunities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.Forecast sales volumes and budget requirements.Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Implement customer retention strategies.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales campaigns.Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and satisfaction.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.Requirements3-4 years of proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the Biotech industry.Strong leadership and motivational skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales-related tools (e.g., CRM software, Excel).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).BenefitsMedical Insurance PlanRetirement PlanPaid Time OffTraining & Development
