Job Description
-Core Deliverables are:
-Network Problem Resolution:
-Escalation support and solve for critical network outages (severity 1 & 2 issues) and sophisticated network issues
-Relaying detailed knowledge of customer network, critical sites, and operational procedures to Cisco support team
-A recommendation report that includes root cause, next steps, and recommendations for corrective actions in a response to a network incident
-Assist with identifying areas where training is needed
-Lead technical documentation initiatives
* Build/Maintain customer technical teams and management relationships
-Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Documentation
Quarterly Business Review:
-A report on work and activities provided during the immediate past timeframe, corrective action plans, & other actions planned for the next quarter
-Informal knowledge transfer sessions to augment troubleshooting skills by providing Cisco product training & standard processes review

Skills and Requirements
-3-4 years of experience in related field.
-CCNP at least. (Route Switch )
-Available for On-Site, but not mandatory every week.
Need to live close to JPMC office
-Not mandatory to be on-site every week, but would be great to target 1-2 days several weeks a month.
-Really helps the engineer learn and get absorbed in customer network and relationships so much faster, resource will 100% be more successful the more they are on-site.
-Most important is a proactive, go-getter, team-player attitude and communication style. This is not a role where you can sit at your desk and not talk to anybody with your head down -- this is a customer facing, troubleshooting, relationships are important type of role null
