This team is responsible for intake review and analysis of Initiatives across the Commercial Banking organization along with building effective readiness plans to execute on key business priorities and programs
In this role, you will:
Lead readiness activities across business groups and contribute to small to medium scale strategic initiatives to execute effectively through communications, training, procedures, etc.
Work independently to make recommendations by providing support and driving execution with clear, concise readiness planning.
Drive the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and enhancements to the customer experience.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing readiness plans and ensuring updates to procedures and effective training is performed for execution.
Align with project teams and operational leaders to provide consultative support and influential leadership toward successful change management planning including solution preparation, delivery to the field, and readiness activities of initiatives that are complex and strategic in nature.
Define and ensure development of change-related materials (training, communications, procedures) needed to support the implementation strategy and planning.
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function.
Perform readiness assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and senior management
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of management.
Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Drive successful execution of business initiatives; ability to plan, prioritize and deliver results.
Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and present concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization.
Work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
Experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
