Job Title: Data Coordinator
Job Description
The Clinical Data Coordinator maintains essential study documents for clinical research studies and enters data onto Case Report Forms and ensures study compliance. The role involves preparing reports, assisting with statistical analysis, maintaining regulatory binders, and collaborating with other research team members. The coordinator will assure timely submissions of research data, obtain patient consent for minimal risk studies, organize sponsor visits, and process human specimens. Additionally, the role requires maintaining adequate research supplies, resolving data queries, and ensuring regulatory binders are up to date.
Hard Skills
2 years of Clinical Research Experience
4-year degree (preferably in the sciences)
Experience entering data into Case Report Forms
Experience maintaining regulatory binders
Ensuring timely submissions of research data
Dangerous Goods Shipping Certification
Soft Skills
Collaboration with research team members
Organizational skills for sponsor visits
Attention to detail in data entry and query resolution
Strong communication skills with patients and caregivers
Adaptability to high-pressure environment
Ability to sit and concentrate at a computer workstation
