Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Manufacturing Support Team Member to support Production Operations at the Meridian, MS site. In this role, you will assist manufacturing technicians in achieving production schedule and cost targets. You will be required to support corrective action investigations, root cause analysis, and implement process improvements. This is a production operations role that will provide "hands-on" applications of engineering and manufacturing principles. The successful candidate will have some technical and/or manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology (or related degree), Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or other related STEM field from an accredited collegePrevious experience (or expressed interest) working in an Operations role in a manufacturing environmentMust be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.Desired Skills:Experience working in a fast-paced production floor environmentKnowledge of formal problem-solving methodologies; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to work autonomously once provided general instructionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsClearance Level:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
