Key Responsibilities and Essential duties (included but not limited to):Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting process and developmentComplete financial analysis and planning for functional leadersRegularly review and update forecasts based on actual performance and changes in business conditionsAnalyze historical financial data and industry trends to create accurate projectionsProvide insightful commentary on financial results and variances against budgets/forecastsAssist in developing financial models to support decision-making processesWork closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectivesDevelop and maintain management dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-makingEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial information presented to managementDevelop and implement financial strategies to support project goals and objectivesCompile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries for month end close processSupport the accounting aspects of capital expenditures and retirementsEngage consistent with our mission and valuesContinuous improvement initiatives
Implement continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the forecast process including forward-looking trend analysis and establishing leading indicators to drive forecast attainmentMaintain oversight of standard operating procedures for each of the ongoing finance workstreams that supports the businessOn an as needed basis, may be asked to assist other members of the finance team in new system implementation efforts, research projects, and new transaction, merger, or acquisition evaluation, accounting and integrationMinimum Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineMinimum 4+ years in a financial planning & analysis environmentExperience working within Revenue Cycle Management and other Insurance related revenue recognition processes a nice to haveStrong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, while prioritizing the critical items across multiple businesses to achieve resultsAbility to effectively communicate with individuals across functions and at all organizational levels, including executive management and global personnelAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointExperienced in OracleExperienced in HFMExperienced in Snowflake and Dataworks and Quickbooks, nice to haveExperienced in TIMS, nice to haveTravel:
Occasional travel, 10% or less expected.
