who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Engagement Lead and manage teams of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers for one or more commercial projects to ensure effective negotiations, well-aligned solution-delivery-to-plan, clear engagement governance accountabilities, profitability, and overall client satisfaction.Supports the business development activities of senior level leaders within an account or region, prices the consulting component of engagements, coordinates resources, and provides business development guidance to Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Senior Consulting Managers.Lead client workshops and support business analysis interviews.Monitor and supervise the daily activities of project staff, including consulting and non-consulting team members.Serve as a people leader, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and mentorship of your colleagues in Consulting.Guide development, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.Develop and manage the capture, communication, and sharing of intellectual property (IP) and project artifacts.Support and contribute to the establishment of thought leadership in the industry.Mentors and supports the career development of promising candidates and interns.QualificationsStrong Product Owner skills including backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, feature/user stories creation, sprint planning, and leading agile ceremonies.Minimum of eight years related work experience as a product owner.Undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required.Airline domain knowledge is a must.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Cognizant is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
