Camellia Labs Inc. , you will be the driving force behind our company’s strategic direction, growth, and operational success. You will work closely with the founding team, investors, and stakeholders to shape our vision and execute our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, marketing, and fundraising with a proven track record of building and scaling ecommerce companies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth objectives and enhance market position.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and technological advancements.

Marketing and Brand Strategy:

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing and branding strategies to build awareness and drive growth.Work with the marketing team to develop multichannel innovative campaigns that lead to growth.Approach marketing with clear goals that enhance business outcomes such as unit economics, LTV, CAC, etc.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations to secure necessary capital for growth.Ensure financial health and sustainability through effective financial management and reporting.

Product and Market Development:

Guide the development and refinement of the company’s product offerings and technology platform.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and market positioning.Lead efforts to enhance user engagement, drive customer acquisition, and increase retention.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.Implement best practices and processes to optimize the customer experience and operational effectiveness.Manage and mentor existing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a food tech or ecommerce company.Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing.Demonstrated success in scaling startups and achieving significant business growth.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and problem-solving ability.Experience in fundraising and managing investor relations is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Bottomline:Camellia's founders are looking for a passionate, growth-minded, driven individual with good communication and leadership skills.
