To this end we are building a range of advertising campaigns, onsite campaigns, social assets, and "big activation ideas" that enhance customer experience and invite them to engage with us.Our products range from emails, social posts, onsite graphics, advertising concepts/pitches, storyboards/animatics, style guides, etc. We deliver solutions that range from always-on product advertising, full-funnel (mass thru to performance) campaigns, and highly customized marketing via email, social and onsite.We are looking for a talented senior designer to develop and deliver innovative, compelling, scalable design elements that form the basis for our marketing campaigns and advertiser-facing collateral. But that's just the foundation. We especially need big thinking - someone that leads with ideas that can break-thru, drive PR and social responses, and can be done quickly, frugally, and on-brand. You will operate at all levels (strategic through to execution) and pitch ideas up and across our team. Collaborate with external agency partners and internal constituents to gather requirements on creative development needs, and work closely with marketing and business teams to define brand performance metrics.Review brand performance metrics and use insights to inform future brand strategy.Support operational efficiencies by working to improve processes with mechanisms.Build and connect campaigns across multiple mediums and channels.Engage and pitch at every level of the organization through senior leader stakeholders and collaborating with many different types of experts.Problem solver with a bias for action, an entrepreneurial spirit, a willing leader, and mentor within the team and cross-functionally.Propose design concepts with rough sketches, animatics, prototypes, storyboards, or mood boards.Develop and deliver high-quality, innovative multimedia assets.Use performance data and anecdotal feedback to steer future designs.Work as a project lead with current in-house design team and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute designs in all formats of marketing media.Develop new advertising campaign concepts.Develop design systems that standardize our brand across various digital touchpoints.Design for web including web, email, social.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience- Bachelor's degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies, and freelancers)- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlinesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
