We are currently hiring for a Data Entry operator at our client in Milwaukee! This is an onsite role and candidates must be local. Mon-Fri 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Sat 7am-2pm 30-40 hours a week. One day off during the week. Must be available for Overtime as needed. Background check includes Criminal check and Drug Screen.
salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
• Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.
• May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
• Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
• Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
• Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
• Captures information based on client requirements.
• Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
• Ensures accounts balance before transmitting data
• Performs data entry on accounts with a high level of discretion
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
