Technical Consultant II (TS/SCI full-scope clearance)

Solerity needs your support to help us provide these solutions and continue our path as a recognized leader in providing resources for federal agencies and the Intel Community!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation.Work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation.Perform technology assessments and support risk mitigation assessments.Provide hands-on support for managing configurations, assisting with installation troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.Provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies.Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation including release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates.Understand and work with technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth and SAML).Research and analyze cloud security environments, assist with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages and documentation.Identify capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services.Define implementation processes and outline hardware and software considerations.Assist software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support.REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:Experience with SW development methodologies.Ability to solve complex system/integration problems.Experience briefing senior-level management.Familiar with AWS, Spring Boot, Java, Git, and microservices.Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams.Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.Experience with developing program review materials.Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with minimum supervision.Experience with Confluence and JIRA.Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards.BENEFITS YOU'LL ENJOY:Medical, dental and vision coverage.Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care.Flexible work schedule to include onsite, hybrid or remote.401(k) and company-funded life insurance.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO).Tuition and training assistance.Financial rewards for employee referrals.Pet insurance.DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION:Solerity is committed to building an inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diversity of our employees.
