Job DescriptionPosition Descriptions:Senior Specialist, Human Resources Business PartnerAs a Human Resources Senior Specialist, you will provide Human Resources guidance and support to clients in the Value and Implementation (Medical/Scientific Affairs & Outcomes Research).The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) coaches the leader and his/her leadership team as a partner and provides expertise in the development of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues.As part of your HRBP responsibilities, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent, seeking to develop or implement HR solutions to complex business and organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide Human Resources consulting and coaching to leaders. Understand dynamics and key business priorities of client groups to provide support to business leaders on effectively managing their organizations.Support all talent management and organizational alignment activities within client groups. Support organizational change management activities, including restructuring. Drive culture change and team effectiveness strategies.Collaborate across the Human Resources network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).Partner with the learning & development organization on learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.Partner with talent acquisition organization on activities in support of the organization’s workforce plan and talent strategy.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, employee relations).Provide Human Resources policy guidance and interpretation.Analyze trends and metrics to provide guidance.Lead and support our cultural growth and diversity & inclusion initiatives, steward and exemplify compliant and ethical behavior.Position Qualifications:Education Minimum Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.Minimum 6 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, in an HR Center of Excellence (COE) or in HR Operations role (with Master’s degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience.Required Experience and Skills:Demonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplines.Demonstrated experience leading multiple HR projects and initiatives, leveraging resources across the organization, managing timelines, and driving through successful delivery.Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives.Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended global HR organization.Experience navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business.Ability to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels.Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 Productivity and Collaboration tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Stream, etc.Preferred Experience and Skills:Previous HR Business Partner experience.Demonstrated experience managing in organization development such as organization design, change management, workforce planning.Knowledge of US-employment legal practices and policies.
